Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo will make an official visit to Myanmar from 2-4 April 2007 at the invitation of Myanmar Minister for Foreign Affairs U Nyan Win.

During his visit, Minister Yeo will call on State Peace and Development Council Secretary-1 Lieutenant-General Thein Sein and meet Minister U Nyan Win. Minister Yeo will also meet the Singaporean community during a dinner reception at the Singapore Embassy in Yangon.

Minister Yeo will be accompanied by senior MFA officials.
