        Emeritus Senior Minister (ESM) Goh Chok Tong spoke at the Global Transformation Forum’s (GTF) “Premier Forum” panel session in Kuala Lumpur on 21 October 2015, alongside other former Heads of Government. The inaugural GTF is organised by the Malaysian Government’s Performance Management & Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). ESM also had a bilateral meeting with UNDP Administrator and former New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark. Prime Minister Najib will host a dinner this evening for ESM and other invited guests attending the GTF. ESM returns to Singapore on 22 October 2015.
