Signing of Joint Consultative Mechanism between Singapore and Ukraine
 

The Ambassador of Ukraine to Singapore, His Excellency Pavlo Sultansky, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Ukraine, Mr Simon Tensing De Cruz, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of a Consultative Mechanism between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

The Joint Consultative Mechanism was proposed during the State Visit to Singapore by President of Ukraine His Excellency Viktor Yanukovych in March 2011, as a means to deepen the friendly bilateral relations between Singapore and Ukraine.  The Joint Consultative Mechanism will serve as a platform to facilitate dialogue between both countries, and to deepen cooperation in the political, economic, cultural and other fields.
