Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong met with Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on 3 April 2012 on the sidelines of the 20th ASEAN Summit in Phnom Penh.

The two leaders affirmed the excellent state of the bilateral relationship and explored ways of further strengthening it. They also discussed ways of furthering cooperation within ASEAN and had an exchange of views on regional and international issues.
