President S R Nathan will attend the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing from 12 to 16 August 2008 in support of Team Singapore. While in Beijing, President Nathan will meet PRC President Hu Jintao, and PRC Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will call on President Nathan. After Beijing, President Nathan will visit Henan Province where he will meet Party Secretary Xu Guangchun and Acting Governor Guo Gengmao. President Nathan will return to Singapore on 18 August 2008.
