(a) The High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives,

(b) The Ambassador of the State of Kuwait,
His Excellency Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Adwani;
(c) The High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam,
His Excellency Haji Abdul Ghafar bin Haji Ismail;
(d) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand,
His Excellency Nopadol Gunavibool;
(e) The Ambassador of the Republic of Portugal,
His Excellency António Félix Machado de Faria e Maya;
