                   His Royal Highness Tan Sri Tunku Annuar ibni Sultan Badlishah, the Chairman of the Council of Regency of Kedah and brother of the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong XIV of Malaysia, passed away early in the morning of 21 May. 

                   President Tony Tan Keng Yam and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have extended their deepest condolences to His Majesty on his brother’s passing. 

                   His Majesty and Her Majesty Tuanku Sultanah Hajah Haminah binti Haji Hamidun, the Raja Permaisuri Agong, who were on a State Visit to Singapore, left for Malaysia on 21 May morning.
