Singapore and Malaysia will hold bilateral discussions in Putrajaya, Malaysia from 20 to 22 November 2003 on the implementation of the Order prescribed by the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) on 8 October 2003 as well as matters pertaining to the arbitration proceedings under Annex VII of the UN Convention of the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).

The Singapore team will be led by Ambassador-at-Large Professor Tommy Koh and will include officials from MND, MFA, AGC and the technical agencies.
