The Minister of Justice of the United Arab Emirates, His Excellency Dr Hadef Joua'an Al Dhahiri, accompanied by senior officials from the UAE Ministry of Justice, called on Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong today at the Istana. The two leaders discussed ways in which the two countries could cooperate and learn from each others' experiences.


HE Dr Hadef Al Dhahiri is on an official visit to Singapore at the invitation of Minister for Law K Shanmugam. During his visit, he will be attending briefings at the Attorney-General's Chambers, the Subordinate Courts, the Supreme Court, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, as well as the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
