The Prime Minister of Australia, the Honourable Julia Gillard, will make an official visit to Singapore from 22 - 24 April 2012 at the invitation of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Prime Minister Gillard will be accompanied by Mr Tim Mathieson and officials from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. This will be Prime Minister Gillard’s first official visit to Singapore.

During her visit, Prime Minister Gillard will call on Acting President JY Pillay and Prime Minister Lee. Prime Minister Lee and Mrs Lee will also host an official dinner in honour of Prime Minister Gillard and Mr Mathieson.
