                    The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom The Right Honourable Philip Hammond MP will make an official visit to Singapore at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs and Law K Shanmugam from 30 to 31 January 2015.  The Foreign Secretary will be accompanied by his wife, Susan, and officials from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.  During the visit, he will call on President Tony Tan Keng Yam, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs Teo Chee Hean.  Minister Shanmugam will host lunch in his honour.  The Foreign Secretary will also be giving the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies Distinguished Public Lecture on the topic, “The United Kingdom’s Engagement of Asia and Singapore” on 30 January 2015.
