His Excellency Datuk Seri Utama Dr Rais Yatim, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia will make an introductory visit to Singapore on 17 April 2008. He will be accompanied by his wife, Datin Seri Masnah Rais and Malaysian officials.

Dr Rais Yatim will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and Deputy Prime Minister Professor S Jayakumar during his visit. He will be hosted to lunch by his counterpart, Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo.
