            General Prayut Chan-o-cha, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, will make his introductory visit to Singapore and attend the Singapore-Thailand Leaders’ Retreat from 11 to 12 June 2015. 

            During the visit, Prime Minister Prayut will call on President Tony Tan Keng Yam and meet Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong for the Singapore-Thailand Leaders’ Retreat.  Prime Minister Prayut will also be hosted to an official dinner banquet by Prime Minister Lee on 11 June 2015.

            On 12 June 2015, Prime Minister Prayut will meet Singapore business leaders over lunch at a business forum organised under International Enterprise Singapore’s “Global Conversations”.  He will also visit the Marina Bay Cruise Centre, and the Singapore Botanic Gardens for an Orchid Naming Ceremony, where an orchid hybrid “Dendrobium Prayut Naraporn Chan-o-cha” will be named in honour of Prime Minister Prayut and his wife.

            Prime Minister Prayut will be accompanied by his wife Associate Professor Naraporn Chan-o-cha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs General Tanasak Patimapragorn, Minister of Tourism and Sports Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul and other senior Thai officials.
