Mr Li Yuanchao, Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Organisation Department of the CPC Central Committee made a courtesy call on Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew at the Istana on 15 April 2010. Both leaders discussed a broad range of issues, including the importance of water management and human resource development. Minister Li expressed interest to learn from Singapore how we select, train and retain talent.
