Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has written to His Excellency Oscar Arias Sanchez to congratulate him on his election as the President of the Republic of Costa Rica. Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo has also written to His Excellency Bruno Stagno Ugarte on his appointment as the Minister of Foreign Relations of the Republic of Costa Rica.
