I was saddened to learn of the tragic destruction wrought by a major earthquake in Baluchistan on 16 April 2013. On behalf of the Government of Singapore, I wish to convey my deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Government of Pakistan. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families during this difficult period.
