Former PRC State Councillor and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tang Jiaxuan, who is visiting Singapore from 23-25 September 2010 to deliver the keynote address at the Singapore Global Dialogue, called on Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong at the Istana at 5.15 pm on 24 September 2010. Former PRC State Councillor Tang also called on Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security Professor S. Jayakumar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs earlier at 3.00 pm. Former PRC State Councillor Tang exchanged views on the good state of bilateral relations and also discussed recent developments in the region with our leaders.

Former State Councillor Tang will be returning to China on Saturday, 25 September, morning.
