Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam will represent Singapore at the State Memorial Service for the former President of South Africa, the late Nelson Mandela, on 10 December 2013 at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa.

DPM Tharman will be accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
