Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Trade and Industry Mr Raymond Lim will visit Tokyo from 17 to 19 February 2003. Mr Lim will deliver the keynote address, "Japan-Singapore: Creating a Future in Partnership", at the 5th Japan-Singapore Symposium on 18 February 2003. He will also meet several Japanese leaders including Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe, Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Tetsuro Yano, Senior Vice-Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry Sanae Takaichi and Acting Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party Fukushiro Nukaga.
