DPM Jayakumar (seen here greeted by Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah) said that the Eminent Persons' Group (EPG) on the ASEAN Charter has concluded its work in Brunei this week and will present their Report to ASEAN Leaders at the coming Summit in Cebu on 10 Dec . DPM Jayakumar said the EPG has made some far reaching recommendations, which if endorsed by the Leaders, will put ASEAN in good stead for the coming decades.
