On behalf of the people of Singapore, I extend my warmest congratulations to you and the people of the People's Republic of China on the successful launch of China's second manned space mission.
This is a proud moment for all Chinese. The scientific and technological advances that have taken place since China's historic first manned space mission on 15 October 2003 are clearly evident. I wish you continued success in leading China towards greater heights in space exploration.

On behalf of the Government of Singapore, I extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency and the people of the People's Republic of China on your nation's second successful manned space mission.
This second mission builds upon the success of China's first manned space mission on 15 October 2003, and reflects the remarkable progress made by China in the field of space exploration within the short span of two years. It is an impressive achievement and a historic occasion for China and the world.
