Dear Prime Minister,
I am saddened to learn that Mumbai has been struck again by terror attacks. On behalf of the people of Singapore, I convey our deepest condolences to you, the people of India, and the families of the victims of these senseless and brutal attacks.
The attacks remind us that all countries must remain vigilant and resolute in countering terrorism. Singapore supports India's efforts to bring the perpetrators of these cowardly acts to justice.
