The fourth round of negotiations of the United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (USSFTA) will be held in London from 16 July to 20 July 2001.

The negotiations will be led by Assistant US Trade Representative Ralph Ives and Ambassador Tommy Koh from Singapore. There will be discussions on a comprehensive range of subjects, including trade in goods; trade in services; investment; customs; textiles; intellectual property rights; rules of origin and government procurement, amongst others.
