Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan will make an Official Visit to the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste from 23 to 27 July 2023.

Minister Balakrishnan will meet President José Ramos-Horta, Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, Vice Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Francisco Kalbuadi Lay and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Bendito dos Santos Freitas.

Minister Balakrishnan will also visit Singapore companies and Singaporean-run non-governmental organisations in Dili, and officiate the launch of the Singapore Community Association in Timor-Leste. 

He will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
