Appointment of Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, 6 January 2026
The Government has appointed Mr Chua Kee Lock as the next Singapore Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco.
Mr Chua Kee Lock is Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Panama. He is also the Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Vertex Holdings. Mr Chua holds memberships in organisations including the Institute for Digital Molecular Analytics and Science and the Keppel Technology Advisory Panel (KTAP), where he has been Chairman since 2024.
Mr Chua graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1984 and a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University in 1987. He is married to Mdm Liew Cheng Hwa and they have three children.
