His Excellency Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates of the Kingdom of Morocco, visited Singapore on 29 October 2019 at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan.

Minister Bourita met with and was hosted to lunch by Minister Balakrishnan. They discussed ways to strengthen cooperation. Both Ministers also discussed developments in the respective regions.

During Minister Bourita’s call on President Halimah Yacob this afternoon, President and Minister Bourita welcomed more people-to-people ties between the two countries. They also exchanged views on expanding cooperation in areas such as trade and investment and connectivity.

Minister Bourita departed from Singapore this evening.
