Condolence Message from Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on the Train Collision in Odisha, India, 2 June 2023

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has written to Republic of India Prime Minister Narendra Modi to convey condolences on the collision between passenger trains in Odisha, India, on 2 June 2023. The text of the letter is appended.

Singapore’s Consulate-General in Mumbai is in close contact with the local authorities on the situation. There are currently no reports of Singaporeans involved in the collision.
