Senior Minister of State (SMS), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Development, Sim Ann will visit Reykjavik, Iceland from 18 to 20 October 2023 to attend the 2023 Arctic Circle Assembly (ACA) at the invitation of Arctic Circle Chairman Olafur Ragnar Grimsson.

SMS Sim Ann will speak at the Opening Session of the ACA on 19 October 2023. She will also meet leaders from the Arctic States to discuss developments in the Arctic. She will be accompanied by Special Envoy for Arctic Affairs Sam Tan and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
