The Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr Philip Mpango, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies Heng Swee Keat today. Vice President Mpango is on a visit to Singapore from 15 to 20 November 2021 to attend the Bloomberg New Economy Forum.

During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Heng and Vice President Mpango reaffirmed the warm relations between Singapore and Tanzania, and discussed recent developments in both countries. They also exchanged views on the potential for further bilateral economic collaboration and the integration of regional economies.
