AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE

KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA

Ambassador Sok Khoeun was the Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Legal, Consular and Border Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation prior to his accreditation to Singapore.

Earlier in his career, he started work as an official of the Legal and Consular Department of the Ministry in 2004.  He was appointed as Second Secretary at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in France from 2011 to 2014.  He was the Director of Border Affairs Department at the Ministry between 2017 and 2019.  He also received the bronze and gold awards for Work Merit.

Ambassador Sok Khoeun graduated from the Paris 8 University in France with a Master’s Degree in International Law.

Ambassador is married to Lokchumteav Mdm Mak Veasna and has two children.
