               On behalf of the people of Singapore, I would like to convey my warmest congratulations to Your Majesty on your accession to the throne. I am confident that Oman will continue to prosper and attain new heights under your reign.

               Singapore and Oman enjoy warm and friendly relations. As small states, we should continue learning from each other to better tackle common challenges. I look forward to working closely with Your Majesty to further strengthen our bilateral ties in the years ahead.
