Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Bui Thanh Son will make an Official Visit to Singapore from 17 to 18 July 2023 at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. Foreign Minister Son’s visit takes place as Singapore and Vietnam celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of the Singapore-Vietnam Strategic Partnership this year.

         Foreign Minister Son and Dr Balakrishnan will be the joint Guests-of-Honour at a Dinner Reception hosted by the Vietnam Embassy in Singapore on 17 July. Foreign Minister Son will also meet and be hosted to a lunch by Dr Balakrishnan, as well as pay a courtesy call on Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security Teo Chee Hean.  

         Foreign Minister Son will be accompanied by officials from the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
