Launched in 2012, the Singapore-United States Third Country Training Programme (TCTP) leverages on the respective strengths of the United States and Singapore to provide capacity building to Southeast Asia.

Launched in 2012, the Singapore-United States Third Country Training Programme (TCTP) leverages on the respective strengths of the United States and Singapore to provide capacity building to Southeast Asia. The TCTP aims to help ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste meet their development goals and strengthen community building in the region. With 40 courses under our belt and more ideas in the pipeline, we look forward to an exciting and continuously evolving partnership.
