INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR SPONSORSHIP OF LUXURY SALOON VEHICLES FOR HIGH-LEVEL MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES IN 2027

1 Singapore will be assuming the Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2027. In this connection, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) will be organising several high-level meetings and conferences in 2027, including two Summits at the Heads of State/Heads of Government-level and two Ministerial-level meetings. High-level foreign delegations will attend these meetings, which are expected to attract significant attention from local and international media.
2 MFA is calling for sponsorship proposals for brand new luxury saloons for the visiting Heads of State/Heads of Government and Ministers. The following is a forecast of the events as well as the number of vehicles that will be required:

3 MFA invites your company to submit a proposal if your company is interested in sponsoring the luxury saloons for the events mentioned. Each proposal received will be evaluated objectively on its individual merits. Please submit your proposal using the attached template (See Annex A) to Mr Kelvin Tay at Kelvin_Tay@mfa.gov.sg by 27 March 2027. A meeting can be scheduled to discuss details of the events as well as the expectations on the sponsorship.
