INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR SPONSORSHIP OF FOOD AND DRINKS, FURNITURE, AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT, EVENT TOKENS AND MEDICAL SERVICES FOR HIGH-LEVEL MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES IN 2027

1 Singapore will assume the Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2027. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) will organise several high-level meetings and conferences in 2027 in conjunction with Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship, including two Summits at the Heads of State/Government-level, two Ministerial-level meetings, and three Senior Officials’ meetings. High-level foreign delegations will attend these meetings, which are expected to attract significant attention from local and international media.
2 MFA is calling for sponsorship proposals from Singaporean companies for the following items for the meetings:
a. food and drink products
b. furniture
c. audio-visual equipment
d. event tokens (to be given to delegates)
e. on-site medical cover services (e.g., medical standby teams and ambulances)*
* on-site medical cover services are not required for the three Senior Officials’ meetings.

4 MFA invites your company to submit a proposal for the events mentioned above. Each proposal received will be evaluated objectively on its individual merits. Please submit your proposal using the attached template at Annex A to the MFA ASEAN Chairmanship Task Force (ACTF) at MFA-ACTF@mfa.gov.sg by 28 September 2026. All queries regarding this sponsorship opportunity should also be directed in writing to ACTF. A meeting can be scheduled to discuss details of the events as well as the expectations on the sponsorship and potential marketing benefits if requested by companies. MFA will sign a non-legally binding Memorandum of Understanding with appointed sponsors.
