Singapore's Assistance to Brunei to fight COVID-19

The Singapore Government has contributed 3,000 diagnostic tests and one polymerase chain reaction (PCR) machine for the detection of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to support the Brunei Government’s efforts to fight the outbreak of the virus.  Singapore Minister for Health Gan Kim Yong had offered our assistance in a phone call with Brunei Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar.

High Commissioner of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam Lim Hong Huai handed over the supplies to Brunei Minister of Health Dato Dr Haji Mohammad Isham at the Brunei Ministry of Health this morning.

Singapore will continue to work with Brunei Darussalam to fight and contain the spread of COVID-19 in our countries.
