His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces, will make an official visit to Singapore on 28 February 2019 at President Halimah Yacob’s invitation. His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed will be accompanied by a delegation of ministers and senior officials.
His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed’s visit reaffirms the UAE’s excellent and long-standing relations with Singapore. His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed will receive a ceremonial welcome at the Istana and pay a courtesy call on President Halimah, who will also host His Royal Highness to an official lunch. His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed will meet with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who will also host His Royal Highness to dinner.
During the visit, His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed and Prime Minister Lee will witness the exchange of the Joint Declaration on a Singapore-UAE Comprehensive Partnership, which will elevate bilateral ties and expand cooperation between Singapore and the UAE.
