MFA Press Statement: Visit by Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport Khaw Boon Wan to Bangkok, The Kingdom of Thailand, for the 2nd Asia Cooperation Dialogue Summit, 9 to 11 Oct 2016

    Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport Khaw Boon Wan will visit Bangkok, Thailand from 9 to 11 October 2016 to attend the 2nd Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit, as the Special Envoy of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.  The Summit, themed “One Asia, Diverse Strengths: Enhanced Partnership towards New Dynamism”, will be hosted by Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha.  The ACD, a Thai initiative, was formed in 2002 to foster dialogue and build an Asian Community.  Minister Khaw will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
