In response to media queries on the agreement reached between the P5+1 and Iran today in Vienna, the MFA Spokesman said

“Singapore welcomes the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action agreed between the P5+1 and Iran.  We commend the hard work and efforts of all the parties involved. The next phase of the implementation of the agreement will be especially crucial. We urge all parties to fulfil their respective obligations and implement the agreement as soon as possible.  This is in the interests of all parties involved and the international community. We also reiterate our call for Iran to fulfil all its obligations under the Framework of Cooperation agreed with the IAEA, including the “Road-map for the Clarification of Past and Present Outstanding Issues regarding Iran’s Nuclear Program” signed on 14 July 2015, in good faith and in an expeditious manner.”
