MFA Press Statement: Visit by Singapore Ministers to Johor for the Sultan of Johor's Hari Raya Open House on 17 July 2015

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Chan Chun Sing and Minister for Social and Family Development Tan Chuan-Jin attended the Hari Raya Open House hosted by the Sultan of Johor, His Royal Highness Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, on 17 July 2015 at the Istana Bukit Serene, Johor Bahru. Minister Chan, Minister Tan and their spouses had a joint audience with the Sultan and Her Royal Highness Raja Zarith Sofiah, Permaisuri Johor. They were also hosted to lunch by the Sultan and Permaisuri Johor, and were joined at lunch by the Sultan’s family and members of the Johor State Executive Council. Our Ministers conveyed Hari Raya greetings and reaffirmed the warm ties between the people of Singapore and Johor.
