Premier of Western Australia Colin Barnett called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the Istana today. PM Lee and Premier Barnett reaffirmed the excellent relations between Singapore and Western Australia, and more broadly Australia. They agreed that there was potential for greater economic cooperation between Singapore and Western Australia. PM Lee and Premier Barnett also discussed developments in Western Australia and in the region.
Premier Barnett is on a working visit to Singapore from 11 to 14 April, and leaves Singapore today.
