            Governor of the State of Queensland Paul de Jersey called on President Tony Tan Keng Yam on 17 March 2015.  President Tan and Governor de Jersey reaffirmed the excellent relations between Singapore and Queensland, and more broadly Australia. They noted the strong economic and defence links between Singapore and Queensland, and discussed the potential for enhanced trade and investment, cultural and education cooperation.

            Governor de Jersey is on a working visit to Singapore from 14 to 18 March 2015.
