        Administrator of the UNDP, The Right Honourable Helen Clark, who was in Singapore to attend the 2014 World Cities Summit, called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Emeritus Senior Minister (ESM) Goh Chok Tong on 3 June 2014.

 

        Prime Minister Lee and Ms Clark agreed that the UNDP Global Centre for Public Service Excellence, established in Singapore in 2012, was doing well. They discussed ways to further enhance cooperation between Singapore and the UNDP.

 

        Ms Clark updated ESM Goh on the work of the UNDP, and ESM expressed appreciation for the UNDP’s role in facilitating sustainable development.
