The Singapore Consulate in Pekanbaru will cease operations on 31 October 2012.  The Consulate will stop processing visa applications and other consular matters on 30 October 2012.  Services provided and all other responsibilities currently undertaken by the Consulate in Pekanbaru will be undertaken by the Singapore Consulate in Batam. The closure of the Consulate in Pekanbaru is part of our efforts to streamline the delivery of consular services with the opening of the Consulate in Batam in 2009.
