Minister of State (MOS) for Foreign Affairs Masagos Zulkifli will visit India from 11-14 February 2012. He will attend the 4th Delhi Dialogue in New Delhi, which is an annual platform focused on promoting dialogue between India and ASEAN officials, the business community and think tanks on issues of regional security and co-operation. MOS Masagos will also call on Minister of External Affairs S M Krishna and Chief Minister of Delhi National Capital Territory Sheila Dikshit at the sidelines of the Dialogue.
In addition, MOS Masagos will visit Bihar where he will meet Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and other local officials. Bihar is host to the proposed Nalanda University, a project initiated by the Government of India and supported by member countries of the East Asia Summit.
MOS Masagos will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
