President S R Nathan and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have written
congratulatory letters to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah; and
Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo to His Royal Highness Prince
Mohamed Bolkiah, on the occasion of Brunei's 25th National Day.

Under Your Majesty's leadership, Brunei Darussalam has enjoyed continued
stability and prosperity. I am confident that with Your Majesty's esteemed
vision and benevolence, Brunei Darussalam will continue to make significant
progress in many areas.
Our two countries share a special relationship underpinned by close and
long-standing personal ties. We also share common perspectives on many
regional and international issues and we cooperate across many fields. With
Your Majesty's strong support, I am confident that our strong bilateral
relations will continue to flourish.
