MFA Press Statement: Senior Minister Of State For Foreign Affairs Dr Balaji Sadasivan on Medical Leave

Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr Balaji Sadasivan underwent surgery on 23 September 2008 at Gleneagles Hospital to remove a cancerous tumour located in the right colon.

He will be discharged from the hospital on 30 September 2008 and will be on medical leave for a month.
