In response to media queries on the talks between Thailand and Cambodia on the Preah Vihear Temple issue, the MFA Spokesman said:
"Singapore welcomes the efforts of Cambodia and Thailand to resolve their disagreement on the Preah Vihear Temple issue in an amicable manner in line with the spirit of ASEAN solidarity and good neighbourliness. We wish them well in their continuing efforts to work towards a good outcome for both countries."
