Mr Broeders, 44, has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Groningen University, Netherlands. In January 2006, Mr Broeders was appointed the Chairman of the Executive Board of Royal Vopak in Rotterdam. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Broeders was the Managing Director of Vopak Terminals Singapore Pte Ltd, President of Vopak Asia Pte Ltd, Director of the Logistics Institute in Singapore, and a Board Member of the International Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
