Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Education, Workplace Relations and Social Inclusion, Her Excellency Julia Gillard, who is currently visiting Singapore from 3 to 4 July 2008, called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong today. Both leaders affirmed the strength of bilateral relations, and discussed various issues including climate change and the framework for regional cooperation. They also exchanged views on education and social policies.
